1:1 Coaching informed by my experience as a Creative Director, Entrepreneur, and Educator with deep operational expertise in the creative industries. Grounded in real-world creative leadership challenges, our work will focus on unlocking your voice, building your confidence, and amplifying your leadership impact. I offer four distinct Coaching Programmes designed to support you at every stage of your career:
Public Speaking & Creative Presentations
I work 1:1 with creative professionals who pitch, present, and perform under pressure. This program builds confidence, storytelling fluency, audience engagement, and stage presence. Based on my "Presenting Creative Work" masterclass, with added focus, feedback, and personalisation.
Creative Leadership & Communication
I coach leaders who are navigating the nuance of influence without authority. We work on team dynamics, courageous conversations, stakeholder engagement, and leading through complexity in creative environments.
Creative Mastery & Personal Evolution
For senior creatives who want to reconnect to purpose, prevent burnout, and step into greater visibility. We explore energy management, thought leadership, long-term career design, and evolving creative identity without compromise.
Start Up Accelerators for Creatives
This program supports creatives launching a side hustle or business with clarity and momentum. I guide clients through ideation, positioning, prototyping, and launch strategy. It's built on my D&AD Startup School and Accelerator syllabus, but with a more tailored approach.
All coaching programmes are delivered on Zoom as six 60-minute sessions, one a month over six months, with light check-ins and resource sharing between sessions.
Fees depend on who's paying:
Organisation-funded - £500 per session (£3,000 per programme)
When your employer, agency, or institution is paying.
Self-funded - £250 per session (£1,500 per programme)
For individual professionals and freelancers paying for themselves.
Subsidised - £125 per session (£750 per programme)
For those starting out, starting up, or working for social good.
Mentoring - free
I mentor students and emerging talent in the creative industries through D&AD, and disadvantaged young people in Somerset through PROMISEworks.
